Shipping
I endeavour to ship all orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) of receipt. Orders received after 5pm Friday will be actioned the following Monday morning.
Standard shipping within the UK is Royal Mail 2nd Class unless you have requested and agreed an alternative service. From time to time I may advise a better alternative is available, for example for larger parcels or those which contain items prohibited by Royal Mail.

*If your parcel is too large for small parcel post then it will need to be sent using the “2kg or over” method. If that applies then I will contact you to discuss payment of the difference.
^If your parcel is over 2kg then to make sure we give you the best possible shipping price we will often send it as two smaller parcels.
Standard shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and simply reflect the cost to me of posting and packaging.
From time to time I may offer free shipping on other orders by way of special offers or redeemable coupons.
Packaging
Where possible all orders are packed in recycled packaging. Not only does this allow me to keep costs down it also allows me to do my bit to protect the environment.
Back Ordered And Bespoke Items
Bespoke items (such as the hand poured cast resin pieces) may, due to the time needed to create them, cause a delay to your order. These delays will always be kept as short as possible but may be of the order of 7 days.
Items which are marked as “on back order” or “purchased to order” will also, necessarily, have some delay whilst stock arrives. It is, unfortunately, not possible to predict how long these delays may be.
In both cases, please be aware that these delays will apply to your whole order, not just the bespoke or back ordered item. If you would like the remainder of your order shipped immediately, please contact us to discuss the extra shipping.
Age and Postage Restricted Products
A small number of products sold by I Love Mixed Media are subject to statutory minimum age requirements and/or postal services restrictions. These include, but are not limited to, bladed items, aerosols and those based on certain solvents. If you purchase one or more of these items we are required to show that you are meet the associated statutory minimum age and may be required to use a special method of delivery.
Where proof of age is required, ILMM make use of a third party service provided by Simunix Ltd to verify that the purchaser is over 18. More details can be found in the privacy policy.
Where a non-standard delivery method is required, the price and/or delivery charge will reflect that.

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your order when it arrives please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues as quickly as I can.
If you have changed your mind then I am happy to accept returns providing they are received back to me within 14 days of the original order date in un-used and re-sellable condition and in their original undamaged, un-opened packaging.
Return postage costs are not paid by ILMM I’m afraid which is why I really do try to sort any queries before items are returned so that you are not left out of pocket.
