13@rts Rainbow Colour is perfect for achieving interesting effects on backgrounds.  For use on paper, watercolour paper, canvas etc.  In order to use on other surfaces, for example wood, you must first prime the surface – eg with gesso.  Rainbow Colour comes in single shades and two-tone shades.
