Anthracite Deluxe Paste

Description

Fiber containing, water-based paste that will remain absorbent even after it is dried. The paste keeps shape so it can be used to create 3D decorations and interesting structured surfaces.  Can also be used as a primer.  After drying we will have an aquarelle paper like base that can be further decorated with Pentart paints or ink.  The paste can be coloured with Pentart Pigment Pastes or with the Transparent Pigments.
