Description

SG2000VL excellent for casting decorative objects, production parts, tools, models, duplicate masters and more. SG2000VL systems consist of two equal parts (A and B)  measureded by weight ,that, after mixing, quickly cure to tough polyurethane plastics.

Pot life 14-18 minutes and a demould time of 3-5 hrs

Since Parts A and B are super-low viscosity liquids, they are easy to mix, provide excellent detail penetration, and make bubble-free castings without  vacuum degassing or pressure casting techniques. Rapid demould times make SG2000VL ideal for high-volume, fast-cast applications. It Works perfectly with all our Finnabair and Emlems  moulds

SG2000VL is measured by weight so you will some scales, if you prefer a resin mix that is measured by volume so you dont need scales try the Easiflo 60

Please note this resin comes out a cream colour ready to be gessoed, painted or waxed for amazing results

SG2000VL pours like water, so making bubble free parts is easy and fast.
